From four members to a family.
Commissioned as a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God on 11th October 2009, sent out from RCCG Open Heavens Edinburgh, where the pastor and his family had served since 2004. The church began with four members: the pastor, his wife, and their two daughters.
Raised to be a solution to our generation.
Our goal is to raise and empower individuals who are transformed through the knowledge and power of God’s word, to impact their generation for Christ. We believe in the practicality of God’s word and its relevance to our day-to-day life.
We're based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and while our home is here, our reach is the whole of the United Kingdom. Anyone God brings across our path is welcome.
Pastor David & Pastor (Mrs) Funmi Odumade
Pastor David and his family served with RCCG Open Heavens in Edinburgh from 2004, before being sent out to plant Solution Assembly in Newcastle upon Tyne on 11th October 2009. The church's very first members were the pastor, his wife, and their two daughters.
