Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
RCCG Solution Assembly Newcastle (Charity No. 1139961) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it, in line with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at any time at info@rccgsolutionassembly.org, by phone on 0191 908 4944, or by post to Solution House, 29 Welbeck Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 2HU.
Information you give us directly
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and message content you submit. This is sent via Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.
If you email us to request bank details for giving, we'll use your email address only to reply with that information and, if needed, to follow up on your gift.
Third-party embeds on this site
Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies or process data independently of us once you interact with them:
- Google Maps shows our location on the New Here and Contact pages.
- YouTube shows our livestream and videos on the Watch page.
- Google Fonts loads the typefaces used across this site. Your device requests these files directly from Google.
These providers may process your IP address and other technical data under their own privacy policies. We don't control this data once it leaves this site.
What we don't do
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@rccgsolutionassembly.org. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children and safeguarding
We take the safety of children and vulnerable adults in our care seriously, in line with RCCG UK's national safeguarding policy and current UK legislation. This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact us directly rather than by website form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
